ヨガ

今日は久しぶりに仕事前にヨガへ。体がほぐれるだけじゃなくて、心も癒されます♪(v^_^)v90分で体が軽くなった。やっぱり体が資本〜、よく寝てよく食べてよく動いて(^ ^)体を大切にしようと思いました。

It's been a long time since I did Yoga. I heard a lot about how good it is not only for the body but also for the mind today. It was 90minutes class and I felt really relaxed afterwards. Besides, my body feels so flexible.
